  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Within Pakistan: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: Delivery can take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Within Pakistan:
    • Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000.
    • A standard delivery fee of PKR 250 applies to orders below this amount.
  • International Shipping: Charges vary based on the destination and weight of the package. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order on the courier service’s website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available in Pakistan only.
  • COD charges may apply, which will be communicated at the time of checkout.

7. International Customs and Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment.
