At MA Collections, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion (unless defective).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering after delivery.

3. Refund Request Timeframe

  • Within Pakistan: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • International Orders: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide photos or videos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email or message.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products: Shipping charges for returning the product will be covered by MA Collections.
  • Refunds for Other Reasons: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Exchange Option

If you prefer, you may opt to exchange the product instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

8. Canceling an Order

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this timeframe, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
